Our CNC Department consists of several CNC lathes Multi-axis lathes and CNC mills in various sizes and can handle just about any project.  For higher volume mill runs we have pallet changers on two of our mills and bar-feeders on 5 our lathes and with large chucks we can handle up to 12" O.D. material. Our multi-axis lathe is designed to do turning and milling operations on the same machine. It has y-axis capabilities with live tooling and sub-spindle. It's a turn key machine that allows us to OD turn, drill, tap or mill a slot on side of the part and on the end of the part and with the sub-spindle we can turn, drill, tap or mill a slot on the back of the part so it machines the part complete. It has a bar-feed capacity of 2.5 inch but we can handle up to 15 inch diameter part. We plan to add more machines to handle higher capacity runs and even larger material.  Our CNC staff is top notch, set up times are fast and with our print programming software we drastically reduce cost.
